The median sale prices continued to rise in seven of eight counties in South Central Wisconsin in the month of November compared to 2023. Homes took longer to sell- county averages ranged between 19 (Jefferson) and 61 (Sauk) days on market. The number of homes sold was up in all but one county (Columbia) in the area in the month of November compared to the same month a year ago. Sauk county closed sales shot up 56%!
