April Home Sales in South Central Wisconsin

Outside of Dane County inventory was up throughout South Central Wisconsin in the month of April compared to the same month in 2024. Sauk county closed sales shot up 28% year-over-year! The median sale price for Madison condos was up 35.8%, while Madison single family home prices remained flat.  Homes sold at a slower pace- between 15 and 39 average days on market. Could this suggest that the seller’s market is beginning to shift in favor of buyers.
