Sales were down throughout South Central Wisconsin in the month of June compared to the same month in 2023. We are in the slower months of Summer for sure! The median sale price was up year-over-year in all counties but Sauk and Columbia.  Homes continued to sell at a brisk pace- between 5 and 10 median days on market- buyer demand continues to be strong.
