Inventory was up throughout most of South Central Wisconsin in the month of May compared to the same month in 2023. Sauk county closed sales shot up 35%! The median sale prices continued to rise in five of the eight counties compared to May 2023. Homes continued to sell at a brisk pace- between 4 and 8 median days on market- solid evidence of buyer demand.
