Median sale prices edged up in October compared to the previous year in all south-central Wisconsin counties but Green county (which fell 8%). Iowa County went up 25% year-over-year! Inventory was mixed year-over-year in October, with Dane, Columbia, Dodge and Iowa counties seeing more sales, Sauk, Jefferson and Rock counties with fewer sales and Green County holding steady. Overall, homes took a bit longer to sell compared to October 2024.
